Position : HVAC / R Technician
We are looking for a qualified technician in three Commercial areas : HVAC, Refrigeration and Cooking equipment installation and repair, while knowing the three elements of our business : Gas, Electric and Refrigeration
Responsibilities :
Inspecting Refrigeration and HVAC systems : Observing operations
Diagnosing issues : The ability to troubleshoot problems, identify solutions and get system up and running
Performing routine maintenance such as cleaning, and replacing necessary parts
Advising customer by providing recommendation
Great Communication Skills, the ability to explain work perform with customers
Be a part of the on call rotation
Requires :
5 years of industry experience or Military equivalent training
Experience in services and preventative maintenance of HVAC / R equipment (i.e.,
Refrigeration systems, HVAC, ice machines, etc.)
Ability to read / understand electrical and schematics
Previous knowledge or some training on cooking equipment
Strong mechanical skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact professionally with customers
Proficient in Windows-based software
EPA Certification
Valid Drivers license
