We are seeking Field Superintendents to join our team! You will support field installations, perform quality checks, inspect jobsites prior to installations and assist branch operations as needed.
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking Field Superintendents to join our amazing team in order to support our tremendous growth and customer demand. Field Superintendents are responsible for supporting the installation and production teams by assisting with difficult projects, supplying needed tools, equipment and materials as needed, performing quality checks and job site inspections and developing relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect jobsites prior to installs
- Perform quality checks on work completed
- Support and assist field install teams
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients as needed
- Provide ideas and recommendations on how operations can improve
- Support branch operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction is required
- Strong work ethic
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- 10 years of experience preferred

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
