Job Summary
As a Field Laborer at CRS, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and longevity of commercial properties. Working under the guidance of an experienced Foreman, you’ll be involved in concrete repair, post-tension cable repair, waterproofing, expansion joint replacement, and masonry work.
Key Responsibilities
- Concrete Repair: Patch, repair spalling, and finish concrete surfaces.
- Post-Tension Cable Repair: Assist with cable repairs (training provided if needed).
- Waterproofing: Apply coatings and sealants to protect parking structures and building facades.
- Expansion Joint Replacement: Remove worn expansion joints and install new, high-quality joints to ensure structural integrity.
- Masonry Work: Perform bricklaying, block laying, and other general masonry duties.
- Site Maintenance & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized job site while adhering to safety protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain construction tools and machinery as required.
- Team Collaboration: Attend morning briefings at the warehouse and work cohesively with the team throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Experience with post-tension cable repair is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
