A local established commercial real estate firm specializing in retail leasing and sales is seeking an office/marketing assistant who is very hard working and has the motivation to succeed. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and the implementation of marketing real estate projects. You will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns
- Maintain client files and forms on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based programs
- Target Marketing and Online research
- Filing and data maintenance - paper and online
- Copying/mailing/e-mailing
- General office duties
- Utilize strong grammar, spelling and proof-reading skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, etc.)
- Secretarial/office experience in real estate
- Great organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred)
