What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerical Assistant/Dispatcher position at Commercial Telephone Systems?
Commercial Telephone Systems, a leader in installation & service of PBX, voicemail & data systems, is seeking to fill a full time clerical position. Candidates must possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be computer literate. Flexible hours (typically 8:00-4:30) and a positive work environment. Office is located in Collinsville, Illinois. Salary is negotiable. Prefer 1-3 years experience.
The duties would include but may not be limited to:
- Answer incoming calls and scheduling with customers
- Open and close service & install orders
- Research & respond to simple customer questions
- Dispatch technicians
- Oversee equipment out for install and repair
- Keep CRM, timesheets/log and books up to date
- Assist in invoicing service & install orders
- Shipping and Receiving
- Refurbish equipment
- Resolve follow up issues
- Inventory tracking and control
- To be a self-motivated individual who exhibits sense of urgency in all service related activity.
- Preferred knowledge in social media posting (optional)
