Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain key client relationships.
- Responsible for managing their own day-to-day operations of an assigned territory.
- Monitor and improve business processes through analysis and collaboration to ensure ultimate client satisfaction.
- Oversee coordination of potential new business at a branch level.
- Coordinate with upper management to set territorial goals and other activities.
- Determine internal staffing requirements by working with the branch staff and its clients.
- Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
- Attend regularly scheduled office meetings (daily, weekly, and quarterly).
- Assist and promote the implementation of revised policies and procedures.
- Obtain information through observing, receiving, and all necessary information from relevant sources concerning construction.
- Communicate with all levels of the organization by telephone, written form, e-mail, or in-person.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
- Resolve conflict and negotiate with others by handling complaints and settling disputes and conflicts in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Ensure proper relationship goals are met by working within the management team.
- Evaluate overall performance of the branch by gathering and analyzing data and metrics.
- Other duties as directed by the regional manager.
