ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Adherence to established policies, procedures and practices
- Supports the organization’s efforts toward continuous improvement
- Supports the organization’s goals and values
- Operates machinery and equipment to produce injections or reactive injection molding parts according to specified work instructions
- Package finished products and prepare labels as directed
- Report defective parts, incomplete operations, or unusual conditions to supervisors
- Assemble and inspect parts to ensure it meets quality and design specifications
- Identify and report any defects or issues in the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure product integrity
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and equipment
- Report any equipment malfunction or maintenance needs to supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Adheres to the ISO/TS quality system requirements for area of responsibility
- Performs other duties as assigned
