CVG MOROCCO is expanding its team and is looking for a Quality Inspector based in Tangier.
Basic Tasks:
- Carrying out an entrance inspection of purchased parts and materials according to organizational and inspection documentation/or products
- Ensure equipment's validation and participate in process definition
- Ensure the product validation for running production ( first piece validation , Microsection check .. )
- Ensure the shipping audit using the SAP SYSTEM
- Ensure PPAP parts release based on customer drawings and specifications
- Manage dummies for defined processes
- Handling of the non conforming products using the problem solving methods
- Participate in handling customer claims
- Collaborate in the rework management flow
- Accompany the new comers and check their qualification with training centre
Requirements :
Bac 2 ; A minimum of 2 years in a similar role ;
Proficiency in : MSA (Measurement System Analysis), Process Capability (Cp), 8D Methodology, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa (Fishbone Diagram)
