The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Job Summary:
Installers work primarily in new construction developments on both single family homes as well as multi-family buildings. The installer will meet deadlines by installing products safely and providing the high standard of quality and service that we pride ourselves in maintaining.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Work safe and install to our high standards
- Turn in accurate time report sheets, material lists, and pay sheets for accurate job costing.
- Work within given timeline for production purposes.
- Communicate with office / field personal for scheduling purposes.
- Must be comfortable with heights and use of ladders.
- Must be dependable and committed to the CRA team's passion for being the best.
- Must be dependable and willing to work 6 days a week when needed
- Experienced - you may qualify for sign on bonus, you must be proficient in installing product(s) - ask about bonus at interview!
- Entry Level - willing to learn, have a good work ethic and reliable transportation
- Must have a valid and “insurable” driver’s license.
- Must have all tools necessary to complete the work required.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
