We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, with a primary focus on new account acquisition, and managing and developing relationships with existing customers.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Do:
- Engage in dynamic outbound client prospecting through a high volume of daily desk-based activities, including calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and various other channels
- Work with dedicated Account Executive to identify target accounts and prospects.
- Connect with and assess potential clients, guaranteeing a smooth transition to the Account Executive through our CRM (Salesforce)
- Regularly engaging with potential customers who have expressed interest but haven't finalized their purchase yet
- Liaising closely with the lead generation and wider marketing teams to ensure any inbound leads are sent to the correct sales colleagues
- Additionally, you'll assist with various tasks as needed
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, targets focused environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset: ability to work with colleagues in the wider sales team and across different business functions
- Analytical, data-led approach and ability to exercise judgment when qualifying leads and executing follow-up actions
- Excellent prioritization skills, ability to manage numerous leads and requests in a timely manner
- Prior experience of working in an outbound sales role
- Experience of working in a SaaS/telecoms environment
- Knowledge of a sales CRM system - ideally Salesforce
- Competitive Salary of $50-55,000 per annum
- Performance-based sales bonus ($24,000 yearly on-target earnings)
