What You Will Do :
Conduct routine preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
Work with specialty service providers to coordinate and supervise maintenance of specialty equipment.
Carry out maintenance tasks and special projects.
Carry out inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues.
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
Monitor expenses / maintenance budget, equipment inventory, and place orders when necessary.
Other duties assigned by upper management.
What You Will Bring :
At least 3 years experience as a maintenance / repair associate required.
Experience with electrical and mechanical equipment.
Experience in a food production facility preferred, but not required.
Licensed electrician preferred, but not required.
Bilingual (Spanish)
Computer savvy (Excel, Word, etc.)
Open availability / flexibility required.
Experience in planning maintenance operations.
Solid understanding of technical aspects of building maintenance and facilities equipment.
Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus.
Ability to consistently lift 35 - 50 lbs, unaided.
