Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to office personnel including the Commissioner. Assist with file management, including organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files. Perform receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries. Provide general clerical support including handling correspondence.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an office assistant or in an administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and familiarity with Excel is required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines and excellent communication skills both written and verbal needed. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks required.
