What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sous Chef position at Committee?
Committee is a high-energy neighborhood Mediterranean restaurant with lively bar nightlife.
We are looking for a motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Committee in Seaport Boston! You will be assisting the Executive Chef in maintaining the operation of the kitchen, from running service, food prep, and quality control for inventory and physical maintenance.
Success in this role is defined by your ability to lead and manage others with respect to menu execution and all components of kitchen operations.
