Job Description:

We are seeking Tower Tech II to join our crew. As a Tower Tech II, you will be responsible for assisting in constructing, maintaining, and repairing cell phone towers. You will be part of a team that works together to ensure the safe and efficient completion of all tasks. You will work with experienced Tower Techs who will provide you with on-the-job training and guidance.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the construction, maintenance, and repair of cell phone towers

- Climb towers using safety equipment and always follow safety protocols

- Install and maintain a variety of tower equipment, including antennas, lines, and cables

- Help maintain a clean and organized work area

- Adhere to company policies and procedures

- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management

Requirements:

- Ability to climb towers up to 400 feet using safety equipment

- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions

- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Properly use and care for equipment and tools

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the cell phone tower construction industry

- Basic understanding of tower rigging and hoisting

- Ability to read and interpret site plans and blueprints

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
