Commodity Forwarders is looking for a Full Time Seasonal Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker to fill a position within our operations. This is a non-exempt position with a hourly range between $21 - $24 This is an excellent opportunity to join our Anchorage Branch.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist with both warehouse and driving tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Prioritize inbound and outbound cargo movements to maintain customer and vendor satisfaction.
- Take a proactive approach to minimize potential claims and enhance overall satisfaction for customers and vendors.
- Ensure all freight forwarding activities comply with government regulations at both origin and destination.
- Adhere to procedures that minimize compliance violations with TSA, USDA, FDA, and other regulatory bodies.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass TSA background check.
- 6 months of warehouse experience.
- 6 months of truck driving.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid medical card/DOT.
- Clean driving record for the past 5 years.
- Flexible schedule.
