Your Resposibilities:
- Prioritize the warehouse workflow for inbound and outbound cargo to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction for both customers and vendors.
- Take a proactive approach to minimize potential claims and consistently enhance customer and vendor satisfaction.
- Optimize cooler capacity and operational efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative work environment where shifts work together to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Treat each task and customer interaction as an opportunity to exceed expectations and build trust.
- Ensure all work meets Commodity Forwarders' quality standards, minimizing claims and damages.
- Ensure all reports and records are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Ensure that all freight forwarding activities comply with applicable regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass TSA background check.
- 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Cold Storage Environment:
- Freezers at 0–15 degrees.
- Coolers at 28–39 degrees.
- Loading docks at 40–55 degrees.
