ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Field Engagement
- Conduct on-site visits to new hires, providing personalized onboarding support and fostering a welcoming environment
- Establish and maintain relationships with employees in the field, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience
- Onboarding Programs
- Design and implement onboarding programs catering to the unique needs of field-based employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement job safety and training programs to enhance overall experience and workflow
- Retention Initiatives
- Identify factors influencing employee retention and develop targeted initiatives to address them
- Create and implement solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement
- Collaboration with Field Managers
- Partner with field managers to understand specific onboarding and retention challenges
- Provide training, support and feedback to field managers on best practices for employee onboarding and retention
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, onboarding process and retention efforts
- Generate regular reports to evaluate the success of onboarding and retention strategies
