About This Role
Every position at Common Citizen from seed to sale, is contributing to our mission to serve our fellow citizens of Michigan with the highest quality, safest cannabis product through our highly individualized and education-oriented provisioning centers. As a Delivery Driver you will be responsible for fulfilling and delivering online orders to customers.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Processing and deliver customer orders using Onfleet.
- Receive cash payments and make accurate change.
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone, text and in person.
- Develop and maintain rapport with customers.
- Ensure member concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate member requests and/or issues to Dispensary.
- Obey all traffic laws and operate vehicles in a safe and legal manner.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- During “down time” between deliveries, assist Dispensary staff with inventory, organizing back stock, cleaning, updating website and on-line menus and other tasks as needed.
The Experience You Bring and the Skills we Need:
- Valid driver’s license – clean driving record
- Must be willing to work weekends, days, night shifts
- All employees are required to submit to a background check
- Problem solving skills
- This is a dynamic team, and as such daily tasks may vary, resulting in a fast paced and lively work environment.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to stand/walk for entire shift.
- Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
