Bartender:
Common Ground Hospitality is seeking experienced and charismatic Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you'll not only mix and serve drinks but also provide an engaging experience for our guests. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for crafting beverages, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are skilled in delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the bar menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, well-organized, and stocked at all times.
- Manage inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience.
- Knowledge of standard cocktail recipes is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to free-pour accurately.
- Time management and Multitasking skills are a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
