Introduction:
Common Ground Hospitality is on the lookout for a motivated Server Assistant to enhance our team. This role is a unique blend of responsibilities from both the Busser and Food Runner positions. As a Server Assistant, you will be a key player in maintaining the flow and efficiency of our dining experience, ensuring that our guests receive prompt service and enjoy a clean, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the timely delivery of food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring order accuracy.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly after guest departure.
- Support servers with restocking and organizing dining materials as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas.
- Be attentive to guest needs, assisting with requests and aiding waitstaff.
- Uphold high standards of food presentation and safety protocols.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in a restaurant preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
