As a Barista at Common Ground, you will be the heart and soul of our café's experience. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, preparing high-quality coffee and tea beverages while providing outstanding customer service. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for coffee and tea and enjoys creating a positive impact on someone's day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other hot beverages to the highest standards.
• Engage with customers, providing a warm, friendly experience, and answering any questions about our menu offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following health and safety guidelines.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring each cup is consistently delicious.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge about coffee and tea.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Barista preferred, but not required.
• A genuine passion for coffee, tea, and creating exceptional beverage experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, people-person attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
