Salary and Benefits
The Victim Navigator position offers a competitive salary range of $25.00 - $28.00 per hour. Additionally, employees enjoy generous paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and access to employer-sponsored benefit and wellness plans.

Job Description
The Victim Navigator provides critical support services to victims, family members, and groups affected by mass violence events. This role involves offering holistic and comprehensive case management services, including intake assessments, benefit assessments, goal setting, progress monitoring, advocacy, and referrals.

A successful Victim Navigator must possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field or equivalent experience and at least two years of experience working in victim services or crisis intervention/mental health services.

Day in the Life
A typical day for a Victim Navigator may involve responding to outreach requests, collaborating with other navigators, and providing one-on-one support to individuals in need. The professional will also maintain awareness of community services and assist clients in accessing relevant resources.

Additionally, the Victim Navigator may attend outreach events, participate in training sessions, and contribute to the development of center activities. By doing so, they play a vital role in supporting the mission of the resiliency center.

What You Need to Apply
To succeed in this role, applicants must have reliable personal transportation with a clean driving record, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field or equivalent experience. A minimum of two years' experience working in victim services or crisis intervention/mental health services is also required.
