Position Purpose
The Victim Navigator plays a critical role in achieving our vision and mission by providing comprehensive support services to victims, family members, and groups affected by mass violence events. This role involves working closely with other navigators and stakeholders to deliver case management services, including intake assessments, benefit assessments, goal setting, progress monitoring, advocacy, and referrals.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field or equivalent experience, as well as at least two years' experience working in victim services or crisis intervention/mental health services.
