This role involves providing vital support services to victims, family members, and groups affected by mass violence events. The Victim Navigator will work closely with other navigators and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive case management services, including intake assessments, benefit assessments, goal setting, progress monitoring, advocacy, and referrals.
