What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter / Dishwasher position at Common House?
Common House is a social club for inspiration and comfort, designed to foster connection and creativity. We are rapidly growing and are currently accepting applications for a dishwasher in our Richmond location.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Porter to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our member facing spaces throughout the club. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, self-starter, flexible, a big team player and takes direction well. The job will require daily and weekly cleaning tasks from bathrooms, sweeping/vacuuming/mopping floors, dusting, dishwashing and occasional power washing. This is a task-focused role, but still rooted in hospitality and serving members and fellow employees.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Positive demeanor, self-motivated, a willingness to learn
- Must be willing to work evening and weekend shifts
- No experience required but is welcomed
