We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at StoryPoint of Chesterfield. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, showering, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist residents with dining and meal preparation.
- Accompany residents on wheelchair and walking escorts.
- Remind residents of medication schedules and assist with administering medications (as needed).
- Respond to resident call signals and provide prompt assistance.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Participate in Life Enrichment activities, such as arts and crafts, music therapy, and outdoor excursions.
- Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions.
