What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the face of the bar at our stunning wedding and event venue Falls Creek Farm! From mixing up classic cocktails to creating exciting new beverages, your role is all about providing a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage with customers, recommend drinks, and take orders
Craft and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages
Plan drink menus and inform guests about specials
Maintain bar inventory, order supplies, and keep the workspace stocked
Keep the bar and dining area clean, sanitized, and organized

Requirements:
- Must meet the state minimum age to serve alcohol
- Bartending experience & TIPS Certification
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude, great communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Our company Common Sense Events Inc was founded about 10 years ago when founder Jonathan Aymin and his wife Julianna Aymin decided to launch a staffing company to serve the needs of the wedding/events community. After building up the team to over 900 team members, our staffing operations were acquired by a larger staffing company and we transitioned to managing wedding and event venues. We love working with venue owners to create the best experience possible for the couples we work with and our operations teams serve hundreds of weddings per year across our properties. We focus on 3 key areas of the wedding or event venue operation: Marketing, Sales, and Property Operations. We believe they are all linked and we have a very decentralized management systems that allows for a lot of creativity and flexibility on our team, even as we have grown.
Our vision is to continue managing and expanding further across the United States. We care a lot about the business we run, the people we work with, the couples and owners we serve. We don’t do drama, negativity, or nepotism, and everyone from our founder, to the newest team members are accountable for their actions.
