Coordinates plan of care with the health care team.Assumes leadership role for unit personnel to prepare and assist them with their responsibilities.Employees are responsible for completion of unit competency assessments annual safety review CPRand renewal of license by maintaining continuing education units as required by hospital policy.Employees must successfully pass clinical math exam prior to orientation to unit. California Registered Nurse License (RN)
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Current AHA CPR certification (CT CPRBLS)
- Current AHA ACLS certification within 6 months of hire (CT ACLS)
- Current AHA PALS certification within 6 months of hire (CT PALS)
- Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
