Salary Range : $58,000-$63,000 per year
CommonBond Communities invites qualified applicants to apply for the Roving Compliance Specialist position at our Central Office in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The Roving Compliance Specialist monitors, advises, audits and reports, and generally serves as a resource to the Compliance Auditing Vendor (CAV) and CommonBond's Housing & Services business line to help ensure complete and timely adherence to all compliance provisions required by lenders, funders, and investors in every CommonBond affiliated and fee-managed property.
