Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assist property managers with daily operations, providing resources and services for residents while focusing on customer service and community relations
- Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers and community partners
- Support resident associations, resident-led activities, and leadership development by providing technical and resource support
- Oversee site budget, prepare and document client case notes every week, develop and distribute monthly resident communication
- Promote positive relationships within the community and surrounding neighborhood
