What are the responsibilities and job description for the Light Industrial Warehouse Associate position at Commoneo LLC?
Work Hours: Monday through Friday - Must be able to work 8 hours between the hours of 7 AM to 4:30 PM (with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break).
Duration: 4-5 Month Temp assignment (extension possible).
Job Description: This is a seasonal warehouse position. Ideal candidate will be responsible for the will call counter. This involves great customer service and ability to learn different forms of technology to perform the job. Candidate will also work in receiving, putaways, pulling orders using a sitdown forklift or a cherry picker (heights up to 20ft). Lifting or maneuvering products (compressors) that weight 50-75 lbs using a pallet jack or forklift.
Qualifications:
A background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred.
Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.
Forklift Operator experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
