Job Title: Fence Assembler
Overview: We are seeking a motivated Assembly Associate with a strong drive to learn and perform manual labor tasks. The successful candidate will use a pneumatic staple gun to assemble wire fences onto wooden stakes.
3 Month assignment with TEMP-to-PERM conversion possible at end of assignment.
Work Hours: 7 AM to 4 PM Monday-Friday (with some OT possible).
Must Haves:
Proficiency in using hand tools
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Minimum of 6 months of recent industrial physical work experience
Responsibilities:
Adhere to all safety procedures and policies
Assemble fence products (training provided)
Perform repetitive tasks using hand tools
Lift up to 50 lbs
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude, and communicate work-related issues clearly
Ensure housekeeping in immediate work areas
Work overtime as needed
Perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, pulling, lifting, and standing for the full 8-hour shift
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
