Job Summary
This is a full-time or part-time position, depending on your preference, offering flexible scheduling and paid drive time. You will be working within and surrounding areas of Janesville, Wisconsin, providing nursing care to patients in their homes. As a Hospice Care Provider, you will work closely with patients and their families to develop personalized care plans, provide medical treatment and support, and help manage symptoms and pain.
Requirements
- RN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Associate's degree minimum required
- 1 year of nursing experience preferred
