Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Team

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team, where you will provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes and facilities. As an RN, you will assess patients' needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Provide high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a home health setting.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Active registered nurse license.
