Responsibilities

As the Admissions Specialist , you'll be the warm professional that welcomes patients to our care. Your dedication to accuracy and timeliness ensures our services reach those in need, leaving a lasting impact on their hearts. You will be the guardian of patient information, ensuring complete and accurate registration.

You will register patients to home care and / or hospice with care and precision, capturing all essential information.

Empower patients and caregivers with verbal and written information on home care and community services available.

Assist in training new personnel with kindness and patience, fostering brilliance in those who join our mission.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Three (3 ) years of customer service experience

Experience in Home Health or Hospice is preferred.

Pay Range

23.59 - $32.44 / hour
