You will direct the provision of nursing care while maintaining high standards of patient care in a very fast-paced environment. Each year, we deliver close to 3,000 babies and admit over 500 to our 26-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.With a new Patient Tower opening, this is a very exciting time for you to join us! By providing a more spacious, nurturing environment that balances leading-edge medicine with family-centered care, we can give our youngest patients the very best start in life and ensure access to our full continuum of care, extending far beyond the walls of our hospital.The new Patient Tower will include 28 private postpartum rooms, private NICU rooms, 3 state-of-the-art surgery suites, a pregnancy care center with private triage, antepartum, and birthing rooms, a specialty water birthing suite, a waiting room with a children's play area, and private spaces to meet and consult with families.QualificationsEducation and Experience : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience, and a Master's degree in nursing or other related field (e.g. MSN / MBA / MHA).Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience and three (3) years of nurse leadership experience.Licensure : Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice.#J-18808-Ljbffr
