Overview :
The Director of Business Development at St. Anthony's Hospital will develop, administer, and direct strategic and tactical operational activities related to assigned service lines throughout the hospital. Focused on program development, strategy, and execution of strategy. These activities include evaluating the components of services now available, identifying gaps and barriers in the system, and developing processes to reduce gaps and overcome barriers that provide the greatest accessibility within the catchment area. The position's primary focus is ensuring that services are available in our communities at the most appropriate point of service, working collaboratively with the clinical teams throughout the system. Reporting directly to the Hospital President and dotted line to the Service Line VPs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field, required.
- Master's Degree in relevant discipline, preferred.
- 7 years of management experience and proven leadership experience within assigned service line areas.
Physical Requirements :
Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally.
