About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Senior Worker to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and healthfulness of our buildings, equipment, and grounds.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance
- Conduct safety testing and inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless maintenance operations
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- 1 year experience in general maintenance
- Journeyman Plumber, preferred
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair, preferred
- Electrical experience up to 480v, preferred
