The program focuses on three critical areas: leadership, patient outcomes, and professional role. You will have the opportunity to experience different shifts, patient populations, and unit cultures, allowing you to find the perfect fit for your nursing goals.
*Responsibilities:*
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
**Qualifications:**
• Associates Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
• Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
