As a new graduate nurse in our Critical Care Nursing Residency Program, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of settings, including ICU, emergency, and med/surg units. You will work closely with experienced nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop your skills and knowledge, and participate in regular training and education sessions to ensure you have the latest techniques and best practices.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients. You will also have opportunities to take on leadership roles and contribute to process improvements within the organization.
