\The New Grad RN Residency Program
\Our 12-month program focuses on three critical areas for new nurse success: leadership, patient outcomes, and professional role. You will be supported by experienced leaders and mentors who care about your success and will help you become the nursing professional you've always envisioned.
\During the program, you will have the opportunity to experience different shifts, patient populations, and unit cultures in various locations across our region. We offer several pathways to grow and develop your skills, including Critical Care (ICU), Emergency, Intermediate Care, Med/Surg, NICU, OR, and Women's Services.
\Qualifications
\To be eligible for this position, you must have an Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited School of Nursing. You must also hold a current state nursing license or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
\We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $8,000, depending on your location.
