**Job Description:**
We are seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join our team in the New Grad RN Residency Program. As a New Grad RN, you will participate in a comprehensive 12-month program focused on leadership, patient outcomes, and professional role development.
You will have the opportunity to work with experienced mentors and leaders who will guide you in your nursing career. Additionally, you will have access to various pathways to grow and develop your skills in areas that fit your passion for nursing, including Critical Care (ICU), Emergency, Intermediate Care, Med/Surg, NICU, OR, and Women's Services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assume responsibility and accountability for facilitating communication and collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the use of the nursing process and patient care standards.
- Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
**Qualifications:**
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.
- RN License required two weeks prior to start date; current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
