Mercy Medical Group (MMG) , a large multi-specialty medical group in the Sacramento Region, is looking to add an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to float between our FM clinics in the Sacramento area.

Annual Salary : $135,000 - $177,000 per year, Depending on experience
Sign-on bonus and annual incentives

Responsibilities
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis :
Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Treatment Planning and Management :
Develop and implement patient care plans.
Prescribe medications and therapies.
Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.
Collaboration and Consultation :
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
Coordinate patient care across various settings.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Primary Care and Pediatrics (no exceptions)
A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
