">Key Responsibilities
">- Manage patient panels aged 18 and above, providing high-quality care and developing effective care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes and improve patient experiences.
- Maintain accurate records, adhere to regulations, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
">- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum one year of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in primary care.
- Certification in Prescriptive Authority, CPR, and BCLS required.
