Roseburg is located on Interstate 5 in Southern Oregon's scenic Douglas County. The community is nestled in a lush forested region known as the 100 Valleys of the Umpqua. Responsibilities
As a Trainer for CMG you are responsible for delivering individual and group on-the-job training to new/current support and/or management staff designed to expand the knowledge of participants and to enhance overall employee competency and productivity as relates to front-end processes and customer service/patient experience.
Essential Duties:
- Delivers training for all new CMG staff
- Provides on-site supplemental training to staff
- Identifies training-related issues
- Participates in on-boarding planning
- Creates, reviews and updates training materials
- Evaluates employees receiving training
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Qualifications
Experience:
- 2 years healthcare experience
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates degree in related field preferred
