Clinical affiliations include The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center’s Radiation Treatment Center and Texas Children’s Hospital.

*Responsibilities*
- Articulates departmental goals and objectives allowing staff to actively participate in clinical decision‐making.
- Ensures that appropriate equipment and supplies are available to provide effective and efficient nursing care.
- Leads quality programs (e.g.SCIP, HCAPS) and works to develop action plans for continuous improvement.
- Identifies and Implements major hospital cost savings
- Identifies new revenue‐producing opportunities within the surgical service.
- Facilitates professional growth and development of staff.
Required Education And Experience
- Master's Degree
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Seven (7) years experience in the discipline
- Five (5) years leadership experience
$56.83 - $82.40 /hour
Salary : $57 - $82
