Responsibilities
Oversees Acute Rehabilitation Program, In-Patient and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services Operations, and is accountable for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for the Acute Rehab Program, Inpatient, and Outpatient services. Directs a variety of tasks that lead to a high level of customer satisfaction in the most cost effective manner, including being responsible for the operational supervision of Rehabilitation Leaders, Admissions/ Discharge Coordinators, PPS Coordinator, and department support personnel with daily operations. Additionally, this position is responsible for business growth within the Acute Rehab, understands the competitive landscape of the Acute Rehab needs within the community, partnering with payor strategy and business development, partnering with physicians to market and educate the community which includes the internal and external customers.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive management experience in healthcare and/or quality programs
- Masters Degree in Health Administration and/or applicable advanced degree
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Rehabilitation Services
