CHI Lakewood Health, a part of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our hospital team in Minnesota. Our 15-bed critical-access hospital serves patients and their loved ones in Lake of the Woods County and surrounding areas.
Job Description
This position supports our busy ER-Hospitalist program. The ideal candidate will have experience in Emergency Room or Inpatient settings and be board certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Hospital Medicine. They should also possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to individuals of all ages.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Experience in Emergency Room or Inpatient settings.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.
- Current ACLS, PALS, ATLS, or CALS certification.
- Eligible for Minnesota practice license and DEA.
