Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The executive coordinator will plan, organize and coordinate the administrative aspects for the Chief Medical Officer, Medical Staff and Quality Department leadership they are assigned to support.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- A minimum of five (5) years of office support/executive assistant experience with management in a Corporate or Healthcare environment.
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Attentive to detail
- Experience in multi-task coordination
- Ability to relate to a variety of personalities
- Professional appearance and manner
- Ability to exercise creativity, good judgment, and initiative.
- Excellent writing, proofing, and editing skills
- Advanced knowledge of desktop applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Project Management Skills
