Overview

CHI Health Clinic is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our community-centered, highly regarded family medicine team in Glenwood, Iowa. This opportunity is suited for a provider who thrives on working in an independent environment.

The team is open to new graduates in addition to experienced providers.

• Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 7am to 5pm

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  
  
  • Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans
  
  
  • Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations
  
  
  
  



• Diagnostics Procedures:

  
  
  
  
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging
  
  
  • Perform procedures as needed
  
  
  • Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation

  • Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals
  
  
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions

Qualifications

• American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty


• A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible

Pay Range: $127.40 - $132.21/hour

Salary : $127 - $132
